Availability is uploaded here only 1-2 weeks in advance of try-on dates. 

We upload as many slots as possible here. These are often taken very quickly! Please bear in mind that we are a small business and so only have limited capacity for try ons. We also have a commitment each week to the time required to clean garments & complete orders, which takes up a substantial amount of our work hours. 

• We offer in-person 30-minute try-ons by appointment at our Milford studio for $14.99. 
• Try-ons are run in one curtained fitting room - This can only accommodate 1 person at a time.
• Please note we cannot hold garments or guarantee they will be with us during your try on. As we are a garment rental company bookings are always our priority. The garments with us at the time will be available to try on.
• The $14.99 try-on cost is redeemable upon wanting to rent a garment with us following your try-on! In your booking confirmation, you will receive a discount code to redeem this.
• We cannot provide refunds for the try-on cost on orders already placed.
• Try ons are only refundable if we are able to rebook the slot.
• Eftpos is available in studio.
• Please note we have an ex-service dog at our address. She is friendly.
• If you have booked a slot with us but didn't receive a secondary email with the address & try on details please check your spam/ junk folders on a laptop/ desktop device.

Try on guidelines

• You may bring 1 guest if you would like to (a friend or parent). 
• No bags inside the try-on room.
• Please attend without makeup or fake tan.
• Please arrive at your specific time. Try-ons are booked back to back, so we cannot let you in any sooner!
• Wheelchair access: Our studio is quite raised off the ground so we did regrettably have to put stairs in as the main access way.
  From the street footpath the path down to the studio is concrete & so wheelchairs can easily get down to right outside the studio door before the steps. This will allow for any person in a wheelchair to have a good view of anyone trying on from inside the studio doorway. 

We do not offer Postal or Weekend try-ons

• If you would like to rent a garment through our normal booking procedures to try on, you are welcome to do so. Please write "TRY ON' in your shipping notes at checkout.
• If you then decide to book the garment for a future event, we will offer a 25% discount code for the second booking of the same garment. Please email us with your first order's information & we will provide a code to place the second booking. 
• All instructions above must be followed to be applicable for this discount, and it will only apply for the rental of the same garment as tried on (a different size is okay).
